aThe purpose of the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) is to serve the public by establishing, maintaining and applying standards that ensure the quality and continuous improvement of dental and dental-related education and reflect the evolving practice of dentistry.

aIt was an honor for Dr. Ray to be selected to the Board of Commissioners, which is made up of 30 total members. He was one of four members selected to represent the American Association of Dental Examiners (AADE) as members of the commission. All Commissioners serve one four-year term.
